About the Emergency Equipment Sign
Green-and-white is the convention for safety and first-aid equipment location signs: EMERGENCY EYE WASH STATION, FIRST AID, EMERGENCY SHOWER, AED. OSHA 29 CFR 1910.151(c) requires eye wash and drench facilities where corrosive materials are used, and a sign makes them findable in a hurry. Like fire equipment signs, they carry no signal word: white message on a green field inside a white inset border.
